Ordering

Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day. Alternatively, you may order by telephone on 01253 365740 during our opening hours as listed above. Finally, you may order by email whereby a link will be sent to you to checkout through WooPayments or Paypal

Quantities & Restrictions

Made-to-order items, like our handmade wedding veils, have a maximum order quantity of two per bride. The two veils must not be the same style, i.e. ordering multiples to decide on colour. You can decide on your veil colour and fabric choice before ordering by purchasing our tulle sample packs.

This maximum quantity of two per bride for handmade items also applies to our accessory products by Arianna which are also made-to-order

Product Descriptions

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions of our products, including dimensions and colours, are correct. Any error or omission on our website or in any document issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part. We also reserve the right to change prices on our website if necessary and without prior notice. Should an item as described on our website become unavailable, we shall endeavour to offer an alternative of the same quality and value which you may decline if unsuitable. Should we be unable to fulfil your order, in full or in part, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Order Confirmation

The Wedding Veil Shop will send you a confirmation email showing details of your ordered products. (Please check your junk or spam folders if this doesn’t arrive promptly. If paying via PayPal, the confirmation will go to the email address used on PayPal). If there are any problems with your order such as insufficient stocks with our suppliers, we will advise you as soon as possible. If you change your mind for any reason after placing an order, please contact us and we can cancel or amend your order, as required, up until the time of despatch. We are not however able to accept changes or cancellations of made-to-order or bespoke items once they have been made.

Methods of Payment

The Wedding Veil Shop accepts payments by PayPal, and all major debit and credit cards by WooPayments. If you wish to make a payment by BACS, please telephone for our bank details.

International Orders

We accept orders from anywhere in the world. However, these orders are subject to different delivery charges and we are unable to provide free shipping. We offer two flat rate International delivery prices of £16.95 for Europe and £29.95 for the rest of the world. Goods delivered abroad may be subject to the customs and excise duty applicable in that region.

Returns & Refunds

Of course we hope that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from The Wedding Veil Shop, but if for any reason you are not satisfied or simply change your mind, you may return the item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unused condition, and with the original packaging and labels. Specifically for veils, the tag that is inserted through the veil’s comb must be intact.

Different policies apply for custom veils (see below). We consider parcels received 2 working days after posting as most items are sent on a 48-hour service. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). Your refund will be in the form of the original payment, either to the PayPal account used or to your debit/credit card.

For missing items or faulty products, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement. This allows us to address any issues promptly. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. We consider parcels received 2 working days after posting as most items are sent on a 24-hour service. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). Your refund will be in the form of the original payment, either to the PayPal account used or to your debit/credit card.
