• Custom veils are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable once received. Please ensure you are happy with your choices before placing an order.

• If you have paid in full and request a cancellation before production has begun, a partial refund may be possible, excluding the cost of the lace or other custom materials purchased for your order. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
