Full Payment & Deposit Terms

Payment Options

You may choose to pay in full or secure your custom veil with a 50% deposit. Materials will be ordered shortly after receiving your deposit to ensure availability, but production will not begin until the veil is paid in full. As this is a bespoke order, deposits are non-refundable.

Production & Lead Times

Our standard production time is typically 3-4 weeks, but during busy periods, it may extend to 4-6 weeks.

If your wedding is less than 8 weeks away, we strongly recommend paying in full to avoid delays, as production cannot begin until full payment is received.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

• Custom veils are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. Please ensure you are happy with your choices before placing an order.

• Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure materials for your custom order.

• If you have paid in full and request a cancellation before production has begun, a partial refund may be possible, excluding the deposit. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If you have paid a deposit, you will receive an email with details on how to pay your remaining balance when you’re ready. If you have an account, you can also check your account area under “My Orders“ to complete your payment.
