Frequently Asked Questions About Lace Wedding Veils
1. What types of lace are used in wedding veils?
We use a range of premium laces including Chantilly, corded, and Guipure lace. Each one has a different texture and look — from delicate and romantic to bold and dramatic.
2. What’s the difference between a lace trim and lace appliqué?
Lace trim runs along the edge of the veil, while lace appliqué is made up of pieces of lace sewn onto the tulle in decorative patterns. Appliqués are ideal for brides wanting a more scattered or shaped look.
3. What is a mantilla lace veil?
A mantilla veil is a Spanish-inspired style that features a circular shape and a lace edge that frames the face. They’re often worn flat on top of the head with no gather, creating a seamless, draped silhouette.
4. Do your lace veils come in different lengths?
Yes! You’ll find lace wedding veils in fingertip, chapel, and cathedral lengths throughout our collection. Each product page lists the available options.
5. Can I choose the lace type for my veil?
If you choose from our standard lace veil collection, the lace shown in the product photo is the one used. For brides wanting full control over lace type and placement, we recommend our bespoke lace veil service instead.
6. Will the lace match my dress?
We offer a wide range of lace designs, and many of them pair beautifully with popular wedding dress styles. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for personalised advice.
7. Are your lace veils returnable?
Yes — while each veil is handmade to order, all veils from our standard lace collection are returnable, provided they are unworn and returned in their original condition. Custom or personalised designs, however, are non-returnable.
