DESCRIPTION
Charlie is a sweet two tier shoulder-length veil that would be perfect for any bride looking for a short, flyaway veil that comes just to the top of your dress bodice. It’s two-layered mostly for fullness — you technically could wear the blusher over the face but it would be extremely short. It’s also perfectly plain (no beading, no lace) which means it will match beautifully with absolutely any dress. Just find the perfect tulle for you and you’re good to go.
