Track the status of your order.
All you need is your e-mail address and order number
e.g. RC12345678. Please make sure you enter you order number exactly as it appears on your confirmaton email, if copying and
pasting make sure you copy without any extra spaces before, after or in the middle as this will cause it to display "No
tracking information available"
What does my order status mean?
"Not sent" this
is the default setting immediately after processing, the rest of the settings will be manually set.
"Order in production please
allow up to 4 weeks" this will be shown after your order has been processed and has entered the manufacturing
queue, we may get to your order sooner than 4 weeks but it's always best to allow yourself plenty of time.
"Rush order shipping -
special delivery included" this shows if you have paid for a rush order. We may also be able to give you
an exact delivery date with this option.
"Part of you order has arrived" if you have ordered
headpieces and veils from different suppliers we will wait for both items before dispatch.
"Manufacture complete, preparing for dispatch" once
we have been notified the item is complete it will be moved to this setting whilst we prepare all the items for dispatch.
All items are collected by Royal Mail from our premises.
"Ready to send" this will show shortly before dispatch.
"Dispatched" your order will be with you
in 1-2 working days. All of this should take on
average around 4 weeks unless you have arranged a rush order.
