Delivery Options

Like
most bridal retailers, our items are manufactured after the order has been placed, you will probably have experienced the
same thing when ordering your gown. Also, since we offer so many styles, each with its own choice of colours and sizes,
we would need a pretty big place to store them if we didn’t make to order too!
Packaging
All
of our veils are sent in a keepsake presentation box wrapped in tissue paper, within a rigid postal box, along
with a complimentary garment cover for you to use at home to cover your veil whilst its hung up. You can hang your veil up by the hook which holds on our label, but we would recommend a veil clip which can be purchased separately and are made specifically for storing veils. Some of the very large/wide veils unfortunately
don't fit into the presentation boxes so these are put straight into the garment cover and wrapped like a present. Occasionally
really urgent orders are sent direct from the manufacturers but we would be happy to send your garment cover and box seperately
if required as they are nice to keep the veil in after the big day. The costs for this are included in the prices below.
We offer the following shipping options:
Recorded Delivery-Standard manufacture times - £4.50 (Standard 4 week manufacture applies
prior to the delivery of your order.)
This delivery service is not time guaranteed so its mostly for those
of you with bags of time. A tracking number will be allocated to each parcel but this is only used to confirm delivery on
this particular service, not to trace the parcel's progress. If in doubt we would highly recommend Special Delivery
(see below) A signature on receipt of each parcel is required, so please ensure that the delivery address you provided us
with is convenient for yourself, a friend, family member or colleague to sign for the parcel. The compensation level on this service is £32
Special Delivery-Standard manufacture times - £7.00
Standard 4 week manufacture applies
prior to the delivery of your
order.This delivery service is guaranteed within 24 hours of dispatch
and is insured against late delivery, loss and damage. A tracking number will be allocated to each parcel by which you can
follow your parcels progress online via Royal Mails tracking service. This tracking number can be requested from us by e-mail.
A signature on receipt of each parcel is required, so please ensure that the delivery address you provided us with is convenient
for yourself, a friend, family member or colleague to sign for the parcel. The
compensation level on this service is £500
Special Delivery-Rush order Service- £12.00
This
option is for those of you with less than 4 weeks to go until the big day, there is a £5 fee for processing
your rush order with the manufacturers We appreciate your understanding in this matter and ask that you try
not to ask for a rush order unless it’s absolutely necessary as rush orders delay the waiting time for the standard
orders. The compensation level on this service is £500
Royal Mail Airsure- £10.00.
This
option is for anyone outside the UK, any undeliverable areas will be notified. The delivery times will vary depending on your
